What Does PlotSpinner Do?

To begin, fill out the following:

Step 1:

ISSUE: What is the main issue in your story? Ex. Trust, Lust, Infidelity, etc.


Step 2:

PREMISE: What is the idea that you want to prove or disprove at the end of your story?
Ex. You have to trust yourself before you can trust others. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Etc.


Keeping the issue in mind that you typed in Step 1, answer the following. Your responses should involve the issue listed in Step 1. Use a maximum of one or two sentences for each item:

Step 3:

Heroine's inner turmoil at the beginning of the story (because of the issue in Step 1):
How Heroine's inner turmoil changes at the middle of the story:
How Heroine's inner turmoil resolves at the end of the story:

Step 4:

Heroine's external problem at the beginning of the story (because of the issue in Step 1):
How Heroine's external problem worsens at the middle of the story:
How Heroine's external problem resolves at the end of the story:

Step 5:

Hero's inner turmoil at the beginning of the story (because of the issue in Step 1):
How Hero's inner turmoil changes at the middle of the story:
How Hero's inner turmoil resolves at the end of the story:

Step 6:

Hero's external problem at the beginning of the story (because of the issue in Step 1):
How Hero's external problem worsens at the middle of the story:
How Hero's external problem resolves at the end of the story:

Step 7:

How Heroine and Hero relate to each other when they first meet:
How Heroine's and Hero's relationship has changed at the middle of the book:
How Heroine and Hero relate to each other at the end of story:
